Jacob GloverPresident
Jake is a senior and is in his fourth year of the Spanish River DECA program. He has been an active member of DECA since freshman year competing in the Integrated Marketing Campaign, Entrepreneurship, Sports and Entertainment Marketing Operations, Sales Project, and Financial Operations Research categories, and qualifying for both the district, state, and international competitions. Jake acted as the VP of Community Service in the 2022-2023 school year. He is super excited to serve as one of your Spanish River DECA Presidents and is looking forward to a great year!

Andie HubermanPresidentAndie is a senior and has been a committed member of Spanish River DECA since her freshman year of high school. She has competed in the Integrated Marketing Campaign Service category as well as the Financial Operations book category and the Sales Project Chapter Book Event. Andie has qualified for district, state, and international competitions, and has found success in each of these competitions. She was the DECA Vice President of Travel during her Junior year and gained extensive knowledge of how the chapter runs. Andie is very excited to serve as one of the Spanish River DECA Presidents and can’t wait to experience what the year has in store.

Madi MurphyExecutive Vice PresidentMadi is a senior and has been an active member in the Spanish River DECA Chapter since freshman year. She has competed in Integrated Marketing Campaign, Innovation Plan, Business Operations, and Project Management Events. From freshman through junior year, Madi has placed first at districts and has been both a state and ICDC qualifier along with an ICDC finalist and state champion in the written event categories. Madi is beyond grateful to serve as your Executive Vice President and is dedicated to helping everyone achieve a successful year.

Corynn ClancyVice President of CompetitionCorynn is a Senior who has been an active member in the Spanish River DECA Chapter since her freshman year. She has competed in Principles of Finance, Business Operations Research and Financial Operations Research. She has placed fifth at districts, sixth at states and qualified for ICDC on both her sophomore and junior year. Having built so many great memories in her involvement with DECA, Corynn can’t wait to capitalize on the new opportunities of the future. She is honored to serve as your Vice President of Competition and excited to see what this year will bring!

David GabelaVice President of FinanceDavid is a senior at Spanish River and has competed in DECA all four years of high school. He previously held the position of Accounts Director in the Spanish River DECA chapter and is now the VP of Finance for the 2023-2024 school year. He has competed at the district and state level the past 3 years and has competed in the International competition the past 2 years. After graduation, he aims to study Economics and Finance. He hopes that this is one of the best years Spanish River DECA has ever had and hopes to see many more people join!

Sophia SamuelsonVice President of MarketingSophia is a junior who has been an active member in the Spanish River DECA Chapter since freshman year. She competes in Hospitality and Tourism Professional Selling. Since being a freshman, she has qualified for districts, states, and nationals every year. Sophia is thrilled to be part of DECA's officer team this year as Vice President of Marketing because it offers her a chance to spearhead strategic initiatives and make a significant impact on the organization's branding and growth. She is excited to channel her passion for business and marketing into helping guide the club toward new heights of success.

Danielle StagmanVice President of TravelDanielle is a junior and has been an active member in the Spanish River DECA Chapter since her freshman year. She has competed in Innovation Plan, Financial Operations Research, and Buying and Merchandising Operations. Since freshman year, she has placed second in districts twice, sixth at states, and qualified for ICDC both years. Danielle loves DECA and everything it has given her from friends to amazing opportunities. She is beyond excited to work with Spanish River’s DECA officers and serve as your Vice President of Travel. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to gain knowledge and help the chapter grow. She can’t wait to see all that is accomplished this year and she is honored to be a part of it!
